Clothes moths help

Has anyone ever successfully got rid of them, have had them for a couple of years and a number of different measure such as chemical “bombs”, sprays and those sticky things that trap them help keep them at bay but we just can’t get rid. They mostly feast on our wool carpets-never buying them again. We treat the carpets with spray as kids as we can but there is a lot of it and we have young children. Actually contemplating ripping it all out but still can’t be sure we’ll get rid of the buggers.

I hate clothes moths!
Haven't managed to eradicate them entirely but only have the occasional one now. I've not had an issue of them munching carpet though. Rugs, very much so!
Lots of cleaning, checking wool items in storage (like winter jumpers). I put everything away with moth killer sheets and in plastic bags.
They find anything edible. Check all fabrics, look behind pictures, I had to throw away some items with animal hide as they were crawling with moth maggots.
I also turn over rugs and vacuum both sides.
Keep sticky taps in places like wardrobes.

Are you using the right products as there are different treatments for clothes moths and carpet moths?
