Would appreciate your thoughts on the universally disliked chore of oven cleaning and how to reduce the frequency of having to do it.
Over the last few years I’ve been developing a design for a device which envelopes the roast (and container) preventing projectile matter (fat, cell plasma etc) from the meat splattering the oven walls, ceiling and grill element above.
It’s reusable (I’ve been using the original prototype for 2 years), dishwasher safe and, best of all, it rolls up for storage in a drawer.
When it’s needed for use it takes 5 seconds to transform it from it’s rolled up configuration to an erect, stable, working configuration.
