How to remove smears left by anti-bac?

I blitzed my kitchen the other day, and was wiping down the surfaces with some antibacterial Milton spray. I ended up wiping all the kitchen cupboards and cabinets, handles, the front of the fridge, microwave etc with the cloth. Unfortunately everything dried looking smeary. Yesterday and again today I wiped them all down again using a normal kitchen spray this time, but each time they have still dried smeary. Does anyone know of anything I can use to get the surfaces back to the normal, non-smeary level of shine? They are normal kitchen cabinets, dark blue colour coated surface, plus normal fridge and microwave surfaces.

I usually find I have to dry wipe to avoid smears - so I'd try a damp cloth with some washing up liquid on it on one cupboard then wipe it straight afterwards with a dry cloth I'd try it on one cupboard first and see if it works.
