Paint on polyester blouse-is there hope?

My DH let my sons play in the garden yesterday....with paint....on our new deck....next to my freshly washed white work clothes....and let them use an electric milk frother so they could really enjoy making potions
🤬
The resulting picture is attached (hopefully)
This is what the blouse (100% polyester) looks like having been washed twice-the second time on a 60 degree wash with biological washing powder

Is there anything else I could do to get the stains out or is the blouse a gonner?

What sort of paint was it? was it poster paint or wall paint?

I'd search online for removing paint from fabric, but I'd try soaking overnight in a strong solution of washing powder or soda in warm water if I had nothing else.

Elbow Grease spray is pretty good on stains but I have only used it on light neutral cotton fabric.
