Sick stain on tiled floor...

Before Christmas I was sick all over the grey bathroom tiles. I have noticed that the sick splatter can still be seen, as a stain if you look in the right light. I have tried scrubbing, begging, cleaning, polishing - nothing has removed it. Is it possible I have “burnt” the tiles with the heat of the sick? Any ideas for removing this? Thanks in embarrassment

I would think it’s the acid that has bleached it rather than heat. This may be worth a try?
