HELP. Leather dye on carpet - what to do

Oh God I’ve just dropped a pot of dark brown leather colour restorer on the bedroom carpet. Any ideas how to get it off? I’ve not touched it yet. The carpet is man made so will take most products I expect . I CANNOT believe I’ve done this

Mop most of it out with kitchen paper then use cotton wool to get any last bits. Man made fibres tend to not take dye.

If it is already dry, scrape off what you can then try carpet shampoo.
