I got a Wi-fi washing machine on Sunday. Trying to set up the Wi-fi. Tried several times, follow all instructions, connect to WiFi fine but then the app says I can't control from app and can only monitor.
Anyone got any suggestions? Wondering if app has a glitch. The app is SmartThings and on Apple.
