tea tree oil and mould

Anyone used tea tree oil to prevent or treat mould in bathrooms? I have a new bathroom which is a thing of beauty and I want to stop mould in its tracks. Can you spray a dilute tea tree solution in tricky corners to prevent the black stuff?

Following, as that would be handy to know. We’ve now got the mould already, and I don’t know how to zap it. I’ve tried vinegar, steam and toilet cleaner (but not bleach yet)

Bleach is surely the go to solution, hers rid of it immediately

Perfect finish cleaner.

Waitrose stock it

Tried bleach in the old bathroom and it never quite dealt with it. Someone once told me tea tree was a great preventer and whilst I can google plenty of recommendations to use it to treat existing mould I can't find confirmation of a 'recipe' to prevent. Unless it is just using it neat... but I somehow doubt that.
Trying so hard to be a bit more au natural!
