How to clean my wooden floor?

I have an engineered oak floor. I hoover regularly but it is not feeling sticky. I have mopped it in the past but it looked like it faded a bit.

Any ideas on how to clean it and maintain colour?

I use a Bona Spray Mop, it cleans really well, I use it on kitchen vinyl too.

Osmo cleaner is really good for wood floors.

I use Method wooden floor cleaner - I'm addicted to the almond smell, it's gorgeous!
