How to get foundation out of blinds?

I opened a new foundation the other day and it flicked everywhere - mainly all over the white material blinds. Any tips on how to get the stains out?

I use a clean cotton pad and Garnier Micellar cleansing water on carpets and fabric it seems to just lift the make up off. I Then dab with a dry cotton pad.
