What will happen to your heads while you sleep?

I just throw out the old ones and buy new - don't think it's worth washing them unless they were v. expensive to start with (I do wash toddler pillows in my own machine though...)

I have done mine in the washing machine from time to time. They go all lumpy though. I give the lumpy ones to dh and buy new ones for me, though, so that's OK.
