Tumble Dryer not working

Hi,
I live in rented accommodation and the bit where the water normally collects isn’t collecting any. Washing is still wet after 4 hours. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've just checked a post I did last year about my TD (Hotpoint)
Even after spending £75 on repairs , it would only run 3-4 minutes then declare the bottle was full (it wasnt)

I decided to cut my losses and invest in a new one but have a looksie on YouTube
