Best way to clean second hand baby things

Hi all

I've been very lucky and my cousin has given us a lot of baby pieces. All in good condition just need a bit of a clean.
As the stuff is for a new born I'm a bit unsure which products are best. Are some too chemical heavy?
I usually use Method multipurpose on absolutely everything but don't think it would be best for this Grin

The bits to be cleaned are
Moses Basket and mini crib (have ordered new mattressed and sheets)
Baby bath
Nappy bins
Walker with plastic tray and a wipeable fabric on the seat

There ones I am most unsure of are two fabric covered toys/seats (will attach pic if I can). I can't seem to take the fabric to throw in washing machine but can see some stains on them so definitely want to give them a good scrub.

Sorry this is probably a silly question but honestly feel like I'm so indecisive these days Confused

Take your nappy bin outside and spray it down with a hose. Scrub the bin with warm soapy water. if there are any lingering smells from the bin you can mix together a solution of two cups water to 40 drops lavender essential oil and scrub.

you can use Dettol’s Disinfectant Spray for the fabric toys/seat, just spray thoroughly and allow it to air dry. I think there is a mirror on one of the toys, you can use an antibacterial wipe on that.

clean the walker with warm water and soap. you can spray the Dettol spray on the seat if you like, and then wipe.

for the moses basket, I would hoover and then use antibacterial wipes before putting it outside as you need it to dry quite quickly

all the best for your new arrival x
