cooking bolo from frozen

Hi everybody,

I took bolonaise i'd previously made and frozen out of the freezer but it hasn't defrosted over night in the fridge. Can i cook it from frozen on the hob or is there anything i can do?

Micro or slow heat in pan.

Stick it on the hob and make sure it piping hot before consuming
