Dog stains on carpet

My dog had an accident on my living room carpet the other day. I Washed it with biological washing powder just after it happened (mainly for the smell!) And then left it to dry.
It’s now drive but has left a yellow stain. How do I get this out? I can’t really scrub the carpet because it kind of frays and you can see the fibres Standing on end if it’s been scrapped.

How high can I get the stain out
This carpet is only two months old… I want to cry!!!

Is it a wool carpet? If not, I'd try to bleach it.

If it's not wool, won't bleach just make that one patch really white/pale?

Maybe try vanish carpet cleaner.

If not too late: a sales guy in Carpetright told me to use bleach for any non-wool carpets. (I never tried it myself.)
