Cleaner - giving spare key/security/insurance

I have previously had a cleaner through an agency. They had a written process for key security, a secure safe, and a system to ensure the keys could not be linked to a house (they had some elaborate numbering system). The premises were covered by an alarm.

I have moved recently and this agency does not cover my area. Someone else was recommended to me (she works for herself, non-agency) and they came and did a deep clean this week - all good, very happy etc.

I’m hoping she’ll be able to fit me in regularly but as I’m not always here I would need to give her a key. She says she has a safe in her house to hold keys but I didn’t ask more than that.

I am going to call her to find out more, but the keys worry me. What should I ask her and what arrangements should I expect to be in place?

Just to be clear, I am not asking about her misusing the key - but eg if her house was broken into they might have my key/address. I live very close to her so I guess this might happen. Would my insurance be invalid? Am I overthinking this?
