Best vacuum cleaner for carpet that has flattened ??

I have a Dyson cordless it’s about 4 years old . We have newish carpets there are 18 months old .
They look awful the pile has really flattened and the dyson does pick up dirt , but does nothing for the pile .
Any recommendations???

I've been using a Moosoo forever, it's super reliable and will give you a better offer for price than the dyson

Are they polypropylene carpets? It may not be possible to lift the pile, with a vacuum anyway. Have you tried brushing with a stiff brush?
