Grout!

Does anyone have any tips on cleaning grout from tiles. We had white tiles put in the bathroom. Everytime the shower steams up the room you can see the smears of grey grout all over the tiles from when they installed. The problem is the tiles don't have a smooth finish so the grout is stuck in the texture of the tiles. It's driving me crazy. Any suggestions for getting it clean?

Could a magic eraser take off the worst of it? If it's stuck in the pores I'm not sure what you could do.

That’s a difficult one. If the tiles are porous that grouting is not going anywhere. Can you regroup in a colour similar to that of the tile?

Regrout, not regroup.

I attacked it with sugar soap. There are some patched where I don't think the grout will ever come off that tiles, but most if it is looking better.
