I hope I am on the right page. How do I hand wash hand wash only jumpers? I shrank one the last time I tried

I throw most handwash stuff in the washing machine but I have a programme that's suitable? Do you have a short, gentle, cool wash cycle?

If not, soak in the sink in tepid water and rinse and gentle spin in the machine.

I usually use the handwash cycle on my machine on a low spin setting.

Otherwise, I would soak in a sink full of tepid water with handwash detergent. Rinse. Then to dry, lay on a towel, roll towel up and then walk over it. Dry flat.

If it shrank your water was too hot. Make sure your water is only hand hot (so tepid) before inserting the jumper. Eucalan is a fab wool cleaner. You just put them in leave them for 15/20 mins and then squeeze and spin (slow cycle). No need to rinse! And makes all wool lovely and soft.

You can also use in machine if you have a hand wash cycle.
