My tablet dispenser stays shut during wash cycle - should open automatically.

It could be due to a few issues:

• The spring on the dispenser door is broken/bent/damaged. This is the most likely cause. Replacements can be bought from companies such as www.espares.co.uk/

• The trays are incorrectly stacked with pots/plates etc causing the dispenser door not to open.

• If you use tablets - the tablet may be too big for the dispenser.
