Can you remove black mould (urgh) from mastic?

Just looked behind my taps and the mastic where the shower hits it is black - urgh! Don't want to spend money getting it redone but will have to if need be as it looks horrid. Any tips about cleaning it off? Usual cleaners (CIF/Dettol/CILLIT BANG) not working.

Short answer is no, you can't - sorry!
