A good reliable cleaner is always in demand! Best of luck with your new venture.
I book cleaners on an ad hoc basis. If I fall behind or if I have an event coming up I book a few hours to help. I booked a guy whose does oven once a year and another man who does gutters - not the same as your idea but if you offer extra specific cleaning services like rug or carpet cleaning that might be popular.

Ticks along nicely!!

Yes. I used to have a cleaner do 3hours every other week. As I started working part time I wanted to reduce this to just 3 hours monthly, just to top up my own cleaning. Unfortunately the agency wouldn't accept that at the same rate... so I'm still looking.

I like having the same cleaner each time, happy to pay £12 per hour. Most agencies round here charge more than that, so I hope to find someone directly.
