Hourly rate for West London Cleaner

Please could someone give me an idea of what a fair hourly rate is for a cleaner in London. I have a cleaner who is okay at her job and cleans 4 hours every two weeks and I pay her £13ph. She wants to increase to £14.50 but this is higher than other friends and family who tend to pay £12ph?
