Anyone have any tips how to remove the smell of fish out of upholstery?

So far we have tried Febreeze and then white vinegar. The house smells disgusting!!

A food waste bag was carried to the back door and all I can think of is that it must have dripped over the chair sat next to the door? It smells terrible!

Bicarb on overnight, and hoover it up in the morning. You might need repeat applications but it’s meant to be a good deodoriser.

Do you have a dog? Anal gland secretion smells of fish!
