I pay for 2 hours cleaning and the local company I use send 2 women who do an hour each. The cleaning is......OK but would like them to be more thorough. Anyway that’s not the real issue. They are supposed to bring their own equipment and I thought they were. However I went to use our vacuum cleaner today and it wouldn’t work. It was rammed with dirt and the brushes so tangled with hair they would not turn. No one else in the house has used it for weeks so it’s clear they have been using it but not bothering to empty it. It’s really put me off using them now. If they can’t be bothered to empty the vacuum then I doubt they are doing much of a job elsewhere.
What would you do? I have paid upfront for the next 4 cleans. Shall I just get them done then cancel? Or cancel now?
