I'll give it a go. I'm in a house rut. I spend slot of time seeing faults and bits but don't tackle them much

Hmm. I won't be home till Jan 10th (overseas trying to help clear a house that needs to be sold - 3 year project so far but what do you expect when someone's lived there 50 years?). I'll try to come back to this when I get home as it has been overwhelming me ++
