fussy domestic cleaners required cheam/sutton

hello!
i have had some bad luck with cleaners over the past 3 years or so and seem to have got through so many. i have had countless issues from those who don't work the hours i am paying for, those who have caused lots of damage to those who are incompetent and unhygienic with their use of cloths in toilet bowls etc.
can anyone recommend a good and hopefully fussy cleaner(s) in the cheam or sutton area that speaks good english? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, my cleaner is all booked. I did need to go over using paper towels for loos, though

I’ve seen some ‘Molly Maid’ cars around. You could try them if you haven’t yet.
