How do I clean matt frosted windows?

We have some matt frosted windows in our bathroom (above the basin) so there are now a few toothpaste smears and some condensation water marks.

The glass is really smeary if you even touch it with your fingers (!!)
What's the best way to clean it?

whatever bathroom spray you usually use, or wahingup liquidy water etc. wipe with sponge, dry with cloth
