Which recommendation for steam cleaner

Does anyone have a subscription to Which and could let me know what somple steam cleaners they recommend.
I used to have a subscription but as I do not live in the UK a lot of the information in the magazine was irrelevant and therefore too expensive to keep up.

I have two Karchers, and I love them. I had to clean our very old (1774) Belgian rental to a high standard when we moved out, and the karchers made doing the floors, baths, etc so easy.

My friend has one - sitting barely used in the cupboard

Thane. H5. Love it. Or rather my cleaner does.

How much do you want to spend OP?

Scarletoharaseyebrows · 23/12/2019 00:07

I have tried 3 and hated them. They just move wet muck!

Thank you. I just wanted to know which steam cleaners the consumer group Which recommended as I believe they are independent, honest reviewers and as I stated in my original posting I can't justify taking out a subscription as a lot of info they share is of no relevance to me as I don't live in UK.

Ok. There are 8 best buys varying from £45 to 400. Ther are also 4 more that score 69% which is one point under. What sort of price range are you looking at?
By the way, you can subscribe to which for £1 For 30 days.

Does this help?

We bought the £39.99 Bush one from Argos after reading this review and, for the price, it's great. We weren't sure how much we'd use it, but the answer is, quite a lot. It brings up the bathrooms very well and I've just blasted the oven with it.

All the Karcher SC ones are in the Best Buys. We've got an SC2 which is great for occasional blitzes (eg last week did ovens, cooker hoods, DW door seals) but not so good for everyday mopping as it takes a while to heat up.
