How can I find someone with a 20 foot ladder?

We have a tree (large plant) growing out of our roof, I have just discovered. The roots are now cracking the external wall so I really need to get rid of it. But there is no way way to access the roof except via a ladder. It's a 2 storey house so I guess we need someone with a 20 foot ladder. I have asked various handymen but no one has a ladder that long.

How on Earth can I find someone with a 20 foot ladder who can remove the plant??

A roofer?

You can hire ladders.

A handyman or roofer - you often get flyers offering gutter clearing services, they would do it.

A roofer, or a roofer with a cherry picker if ladders aren’t possible.
