I love cleaning, well I love the result of cleaning but I'm struggling somewhat in my (rented) place.
The kitchen and bathroom have a wood effect lino flooring that is absolutely not secured to the floor in anyway apart from
being squished against edges and walls. It's even not sealed against the bath but that's another problem. The rest of the rooms have a dark grey carpet.
I have a Bush hover which I find quite cumbersome, although it's meant to be quite powerful I find it just lifts the flooring instead of sucking up any bits.
I would absolutely love any vacuum cleaner recommendations, preferably a cordless one as I have a 10 month old who likes wires all too much and a lot of stairs around the flat.
I'm also after mop recommendations, we have a normal red one, the brand name escapes me. Would a steam mop be good on Lino?
Finally, what's the best way to clean what I assume is a stainless steel sink? Limescale is under control but I hate the water marks even if I've dried it off with a cloth.
Any other must haves in terms of equipment or product also very welcome.
Thank you!
