Dyson V6 Animal problems

Hi. My Dyson V6 Animal is 3 years old and now has a running time of 5 mins max when fully charged .

Is it revving or does it just stop? I had a problem with my stick dyson. I used the car function on the dyson Page and they helped me fix it.
Wasn’t the Filter but the big head needed to be opened up and cleaned

It probably needs a new battery. This happened with my V6 Absolute.

—I bought a new compatible non-Dyson battery off Amazon and it works fine now.—
