I am on the verge of finishing my house extension shortly and I need recommendations of cleaning products I can use. A lot of dust has gone in the house and I don't want to particularly want to hire a cleaning professional as I'd rather do it on my own. I need a thorough clean of the house so any recommendations are welcome.

Use a spray bottle filled with water with a fine spray jet to damp everything down, help the dust to settle and help wipe the dust away.

Use a hoover first and hoover the entire house, open windows while you do it if it's not windy. Use a damp cloth to wipe surfaces and when they've dried polish etc afterwards. It's a two step process, get rid of dust then do your normal clean if that makes sense
