Hard floor cleaning

I am looking for a machine that will both hoover and wash a big expanse of granite tiled floor at the same time.

Does such a thing - that actually works - exist?

Yes & he's called George- he's a suped up version of a Henry & we love ours

Bissel Crosswave, it vacuums and washes at the same time. It even spot cleans carpets. Best bit of kit I've bought in years.
