MIELE FRIDGE-FREEZER

Anyone else had a total nightmare with a Miele fridge-freezer? You pay more for a decent brand that is meant to last & be environmentally friendly & it's been nothing but trouble. Any tips for persuading companies to send an engineer out much appreciated (we are still within the 2-year warranty & as it is this is a replacement for a previous faulty model)

Yes, I bought a Miele Fridge freezer because it was the only one that had four freezer drawers. It arrived broken. it was repaired by an engineer but it leaks water in to the salad drawers. I would never buy Miele again and John Lewis customer service is awful.
Have you contacted Miele direct or the retailer.? Why won't they send an engineer if it is still under warranty. I hope you get it sorted.

They said they have no engineers till 3rd Dec....

I mean no engineers available....(NB I live in fairly central London I'm not asking them to come out to the sticks!)

I have a miele fridge freezer and very happy with it. It's luck.
