Smelly dryer cycle of washer dryer

Hi! I recently got gifted a second hand washer dryer which I am so grateful for having never had a tumble dryer. But after a dry cycle my washing no longer smells of my lovely fabric conditioner and wash powder...it smells not terrible but not nice.almost not of anything but the bad side of not anything. I've tried using tumble dryer sheets. What else can I do?

I have this issue and my machine is brand new! I have a condenser dryer. I'm sure there is a product you can get that makes the clothes smell nice when drying. Google it perhaps. In the mean time bleach the machine out.. Pour some bleach in the drawer and put on a 90c cotton wash. Also use a calgon or similar to clean out your machine of any gunk
