Antibacterial soap/sprays

Hi

I’m a month to a 6 month DD and Whilst being on maternity leave I’ve actually quite enjoyed cleaning.

But I have a tendency to buy antibacterial stuff - hand wash, washing up liquid, sprays, hand gel, antiseptic wipes

1. Do these clean better than non-antibacterial stuff? I assumed so But may be wrong

1. Is there a danger to using these? Eg medial antibiotics can cause bacterial resistance but what about this stuff?

The secret cleaner on insta explains cleaning with anti bac vs without anti bac. Before I understood, i always uses anti bac but am more relaxed about it now.
