Anyone had this problem with washing pods?!

Hello,

Normally use fairy non bio powder for washing all my families clothes, never had a problem. Decided to try the fairy non bio pods as they were on a special offer, followed the instructions of putting the pod in first not overloading machine ect.

All my little girls clothes have come out stained blue! I'm so upset about this. Have re washed but still heavily stained. A blanket has gone completely blue and most of her clothes are covered in splodges like in the picture I have attached of her towel below!

Is it worth contacting fairy or have I done something wrong? I do wash her clothes on the baby setting which I think is a fairly hot temperature.

Many thanks.

I use pods but only on cooler settings, I tend to wash everything at 30°. Is there a temperature guide on them? Never had any issues at all and I just chuck the pod in on top of the load

I'm thinking this could be the issue, haven't noticed any stains on other loads just the babies.

I can't see anything on the box but maybe there is some more info online I will have a look! I know lots of people that use them with no issues either, very strange!
