We were given a cuisinart one as a wedding present and it's fab although when we looked at how much it retails at we were a bit 😱 it is good though and I like the different size bowls and attachments.

We have a magimix and I love it, does everything and I use it for cake mixes as well.

Magimix but be prepared to replace parts.

I have a magimix 4100 which I bought about 10 years’ ago. It is brilliant and I wouldn’t be without it. Have had to replace the lid every couple of years but that’s not much hassle.

Rabbitradar · 16/11/2019 22:05

Use it for blending soup, making pastry, grating cheese in bulk, red cabbage, Coleslaw, chopping apples for mincemeat, etc

Love my magimax. I make cakes, soup, chop up all my veg for batch cooking, pancake batter. Would definitely recommend it.

Spainintherain · 18/11/2019 05:07

Is it normal to have to replace parts for them?

I haven't had to, have had it about five years.

Spainintherain · 26/11/2019 06:33

Thanks. I will choose a magimix then

My magimix is going strong after 10 years. Never had to replace any parts. It's used about weekly.

Spainintherain · 28/11/2019 06:39

Brilliant, thank you

Magimix definitely, we've had ours ten years, still going strong.

Auberjean · 28/11/2019 11:35

Magimix. 20 years here and still going, despite regular use.
