Asking cleaner to do "extras"

So my cleaner comes once a week and does the usual stuff. Will it be reasonable if I ask her to do some extra stuff like cleaning the wall floor borders every now and then? Stupid question I know. Just don't wanna be rude ...

yes if you give her some extra time and pay ask her first if its a viable proposition

You employ her so you can ask her to do whatever you want. You should also say which jobs she can leave while she's busy doing the extras.

You mean the skirting boards? (Have to check as never heard them called floor wall borders). They usually should get done as standard. They don't take much if don't regularly
