Oven cleaner

Everyone raves about Oven Pride - I agree that it is great for racks but I can never get it to work on the inside of the oven! Am I using it incorrectly? Or does anyone have better products that will get my new oven clean?

I use wire wool and cream cleaner/astonish paste if it’s bad.

How old is the oven?.

Only a couple of months. Struggling to get the fat splashes off!

I use oven liners so never have to clean the bottom of the oven. Just pull the liner out and wash in the sink.

For the rest of the oven I usually use Brillo pads.

Mine desperately needs doing....haven't done it in months!

Do you use roasting bags?. They really work. You can do veg in them too.

Have you got a steam cleaner?. Or one of those scrapy blade things to chisel it off.

do you put a generous amount on? I smear it all over! except the door and bits. leave overnight.
