What size of Tupperware

My friend is just about to give birth (she also has a 2yo). I was thinking about doing some batch cooking for her. Going to order new Tupperware that she can just keep afterwards.
What size of boxes do you think I'll need for 3 portions of things like; macaroni cheese, Bolognese sauce, chilli con carne, pasta bake, chicken curry?

Look at amazon

1 ltr. I'd just use a tub you already have and let her keep it if she wants to.

@MikeUniformMike I'm planning to make her about 6 meals for her freezer so would need to buy some anyway tbh.
Will look for 1l ones!

I would get 1 litre too. And I would have loved this while recovering from birth.

I do batch cooking my for work lunches. Usually a veg curry.
Two tubs last a week easily and I have large decent-sized portions.

It is very thoughtful of you, OP. Best wishes for your friend.
