Just one of these in Aldi special buys and I'm impressed.
What do I use once the 2 pouches of fluid are done though?
I have a fuckton of windolene, can I put a dilute mix of that in?

Ooh, I’ve seen those-how do you use them??

Do you need to do anything to stop the windows drying all streaky?

BlackboardMonitorVimes · 10/10/2019 19:35

I have one, but don't use any soap with it. I think that's an accessory spray bottle.

The actual vac is amazing for sucking up water. We use it for the bathroom and for condensation on windows.

I use typical household cleaners with mine. Fairy, flash etc nor do I use the spray bottle with it. Prefer just to use a jug of water and a cloth before vaccing.

I use the spray bottle which has a sponge pad attached to go over the window, then the vac cleans it off
I'll have a go with the windolene

DS and DIL gave me one last Christmas were they trying to tell me something Hmm now use windolene in the spray bottle, works a treat.

I buy the detergent from karcher I think about £12 but it dilutes down, think 1:10, so is quite economical, it's the best window cleaning stuff I've ever used.

Knittedfairies · 11/10/2019 22:12

I use washing up liquid; it does the job.

I use diluted vinegar
