We have recently moved in to a Victorian terrace that was redeveloped by a developer.
We’ve been in a few weeks and we suddenly have a revolting smell coming from under the laminate in the dining room. The room is above the basement that had recently been ‘tanked’ and was previously quite damp although seems fine now.
It’s an absolutely putrid smell like off bins.
Before I have to get someone out to rip up the floors (not cheap!) Any ideas what it could be?
