Duvet for sweaty toddler

Please help!
My DD is just like me and sweats a lot at night. Can anyone recommend a cot bed duvet that’s not horrendously expensive?? Many thanks in advance x

I'm sure I got Dd a 4.5 tog one from Asda for less than £10. Dd is a sweaty sleeper too but refuses to sleep without her duvet. 4.5 tog was s the lightest I could find.

I had a wool duvet from mothercare. Much better at regulating body temp at night than synthetic duvets.

Not cheap but it did the trick for a very sweaty little boy!

Has she got a waterproof sheet? If it’s one f those plastic backed ones, that might be part of the problem.
