Help! Strong tea spilled on upholstery...

Hi, this morning a full mug of tea was accidentally spilled on my upholstered bed frame. I wiped it up as quickly as I could with a strong towel. What else can I do? Will it be permanently marked?

White vinegar can be good for water marks and stains, I'd just patch test first. Elbow grease spray also, it's about £1 in the bargain shops and works well on stains on fabrics but again patch test it! Good luck 🤞🏻

Hmm, I don’t recommend washing them but when a whole bowl of milk went across ours I took off the cover and wiped them down in the bath.

Some weird dark water came off then though which was a bit concerning.

Dried them out over the day and no issues so far.
