I bought ds a black denim jacket a couple of weeks ago, purchased online so didn't know it would fucking stink my house out. Has anyone had any success in removing the smell of this nasty dye that's used?
I've tried soaking overnight in a strong white vinegar solution (twice), bicarb, fabric conditioners, washed it numerous times, even tried zoflora. My neighbour had one of her bastard annoying day time bonfires the other day so I even left the jacket out on the line to see if it would smoke the smell out!! Nothing has worked.
Ds refuses to wear it until the smell has gone and I don't blame him. I would've sent the jacket back had I realised it would be such a pain
