Help car litter outside because of tipped bins

The wind tipped my bins over and cat litter was right at the top leaving cat litter all near my front door😩 scrubbed as much as I can but it’s embedded in the stone (rough pavement like) how can I get rid of it all

Tried it’s deeply embedded 😩

Borrow a jetwasher? Might be worth a try. What sort of litter is it and did you scrub it wet or dry?
