Rust stains aargh

Anyone have an idea how to get rust stains out of a white tee shirt? Tried vanish, even tried bleaching! Daughter not happy with me,she's only worn it once....so helpppp... pleaseeee

I hate to say it but using vanish or bleach on rust stains is literally the worst thing you can do. It's causes a chemical reaction that makes it worse.

Try soaking in white vinegar or liquid washing soap (not powder). If you've already bleached it though it might no be fixable.

Salt and lemon juice. Not sure if it will work after you've tried other things.
