Selectively removing dye?

I have a burgundy hoodie with a white sherpa style lining. Or rather I did... After washing the sherpa lining is now an uneven pink.

Is there any way I can restore the sherpa lining to white?

Wash again with a colour run remover thing?

OK haven't heard of those - thanks! It won't remove the dye from the rest of the hoodie?

Don’t think so. I’ve used them before.

FWIW, I’ve stopped buying stuff which is part light and part dark as I always get these colour runs happening. You can get colour catchers which are meant to stop it happening but I’d never remember to use them!

Which brand did you use please?

And yeah...won't be buying anything like this again!

Is it fairly new ? I would be inclined to take I back to the shop even if you don't have a receipt , it's not fit for purpose

I would as I agree but I bought it on holiday so am trying to salvage what I can!
